What is the turnaround time?

Each package has a turnaround time of about 4-5 weeks. Dates can be extended due to delays, revisions, and communication.



What is required for the packages?

- Copy - High-quality/Professional brand photos - Detailed information about your brand - Proper communication - A vision of some sort for your brand Majority of the work is completed by me, your designer, however, I will need for you to adhere to the following information and policies in order to create the brand you desire.



Can I pay a deposit?

Payments for any package will be invoiced via email. You are allowed to pay a deposit of half the total amount on any package.



Where do I send information to after completing payment?

After payment completion, you will receive links to forms for you to complete. Please be sure to include AS MUCH information as possible. The more the better! For website information, it will need to be submitted via email in one large document or email. Please advise multiple emails will result in delay or you may be asked to re-submit.
